Mallam Husaini Salihu Ismaila, the Head of Area Council Services Division in the Dept of Land Administration of the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA), having attained the mandatory age of retirement in service, while in active service Mall Husaini was a diligent and dedicated officer who ensured that due process and accountability were adhered to in the discharge of his official responsibilities.
Mallam Husaini Salihu Ismaila worked tirelessly to strengthen and harmonize land Area Council title records and processing of the six Area Councils of the Federal Capital Territory. His vast knowledge of Land Administration was instrumental assisted greatly in the establishment of the Accelerated Area Council and Sectional Titles Reissuance Scheme (AACTSRIS), by the present management of AGIS under the leadership of Dr Isah Ibrahim Jalo.
Mallam Husaini maintained a cordial working relationship with his colleagues (Senior & Junior) and the general public.
Speaking at the ceremony held on Monday 25th July, 2022 at the Abuja Geographic Information Systems Social room Monday in Abuja, Director AGIS Dr. Isa Jalo, represented by the Deputy Director, AACSTRIS, Udegbunam Uzo Jacob said the contributions of Mallam Husaini Salihu Ismaila would remain indelible in the history of Lands Administration and AGIS respectively.
In his remarks, Director, Land Administration FCT, who was also represented at the occasion by the Director, Administration and Finance (Lands), Mall. Umar Kuso, described the Mall. Hussaini as an honest, dedicated officer, a team player and a well breed professional.
He said the Department of lands will surely miss the services of Mallam Husaini.
Mall. Kuso further stated that Mallam Husaini has made his mark in the services of the Department.
Others in attendance were Director Legal, Bawa Garduwa Gamiya, DD Estate Ikya Joseph Kumaiin, Deeds Registrar Umar Sayyidi, DD Finance Ibrahim Isah Musa, DD Admin APD Omozopkea Gabriel Otobarolo, Ciroma Dahiru Mohammed, Ugwoke Fidelis Chukwuma, Yusuf Ibrahim, Yazid Marwan, Alabi Opeyemi Olusola, Oladele Funmilayo and staffs of AGIS and Lands Department.
As Mallam Husaini Salihu Ismaila retires from service, the Management of AGIS and Land Administration Department wishes him well and joyous retirement life.
