LEGAL SERVICES: The division is responsible for all legal matters, like attending to court cases on behalf of Land and AGIS Departments.
GENERAL LAND SERVICES: The division comprises of DMS Unit, FCC/FHA re-certification Unit, RofO Unit, Fresh Application unit, Certified True Copy unit, Planning unit and Survey unit.
DEEDS REGISTRY: The division is responsible for matters regarding revocation/reinstatement of land titles, Registration of Power of Attorney, CofO collections and conducting Legal searches.
AREA COUNCIL SERVICES: The division is responsible for regularisation and verification of Area Council titles.
ESTATE SERVICES: The division is responsible for Property valuation, Quary lease & Licenses and other Estate services.
ADMIN DIVISION: Responsible for general administration services of the department, procurement matters, training, Staff discipline etc.
